Description of a TX Dist Rebuild Standard for a blade:
This machine was done at just under 12,500 hrs
Entire machine is disassembled to the frame.
1) Frame/ circle/ chassis, sheet metal
a. All trunnion balls replaced and reassembled with new bushings.
b. All cylinder mounting bushings replaced
c. Circle - machine built and reground and new slide bars welded on moldboard. Reinstalled with all new slide and circle shoes.
d. Articulation joint rebushed
e. Front end
i. All bushings, tie rod ends and pins replaced
f. Ripper bushings replaced as needed
g. Misc: any cracks repaired and any bent tin work replaced.
2) Components
a. Engine, transmission, diff, hydraulic pumps
i. Removed and sent to Holt for rebuild. All components are rebuilt to spec or replaced.
b. Hydraulics
i. All cylinders are removed and rebuilt by Holt regardless of current condition.
ii. All hoses replaced
iii. Hydraulic valves for all machine functions rebuilt
c. Radiator is reconditioned and Transmission cooler is replaced.
d. Final drives
i. Pivot bushings are replaced, sprockets and chains replaces as needed. New bearings and seals
e. Circle Drive
i. New bearings/ bushings, seals and clutches. Gears as needed
3) Electrical
a. All wire harnesses replaced and all sending units (pres/ tem) replaced.
4) Cab
a. New seat/ suspension
b. New headliner and floor mats
c. Control Linkage replaced or rebushed as needed
d. Door and window molding replaced
e. Door latches replaced/ reshimmed
f. Gauges and warning lights replaced as needed
5) Misc
a. New Tires
b. New Paint (Emron) and decals
c. Hydraulic fluid is Kidney looped after reassembly.
d. All new GET
